Refund Policy

We want every customer to have a great experience with Oakland Mushroom Co. If something isn’t right with your order, we offer a 30-day refund or replacement policy starting from the day your items are delivered.

Eligibility

For most issues, we only require proof of purchase and, when applicable, a photo that shows the problem. Because many of our products are perishable or sterile, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, inoculated, or damaged items.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email purchasing@oaklandmushroom.co with:

  • Your order number or receipt

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo, if the item was damaged or arrived in poor condition

We will review your request and let you know the next steps.

Damaged, Contaminated, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away. Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you’re looking to exchange an item, reach out to us and we’ll guide you through the process. In most cases, we’ll simply verify the issue and send a replacement when appropriate.

Refunds

After we review your request, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to finalize the credit.
